In the age of social media everyone is looking for that perfect pic. From the once comedic, now compulsory picture of your lunch to the not so casual "current desk sitch" snap, to anyone who's spent more than a minute on Instagram (So literally everyone!) capturing the beautiful things in our lives has become the norm. It's not surprising then that when it comes to planning events the "insta worthy" decor and decoration is just as important as the guest list.
Enter Silk Recipe, a local floral design and styling business specialising in silk blooms that can be used for anything from flower crowns and table settings to wedding arbours and flower walls. Everything you need to create not only a breathtaking event (where the flowers don't go to their certain death) but photo worthy decoration that's sure to keep the millennials happy (and snapping). I was thrilled to come on board for some Lock & Key styling on this shoot to promote this beautiful businesses; and what goes better with a special event (aside from champagne of course) than glamourous event wear?
