Who’s your Hero?

If you are a product based business there is a very obvious and practical purpose for product photography. You need to be able to show your potential customers WHAT you sell, right?

TRUE; however people also react emotionally to visual clues and since we live in a highly “visual” world right now it’s extremely important to capture your product in a VARIETY of ways that not only showcase it in an accurate and appealing way but also trigger an emotional response.

 
 

How to showcase your product?

  • E-Commerce - Captured on a white or plain background with a standardised, uniform look. Ideal for product shots on website, catalogue and for wholesale.

  • Studio Styled (Classic) - Shot in studio using basic props to create a specific mood while still allowing your product to shine as the hero.

  • Studio Styled (Hero) - Shot in studio with a range of props and creative techniques to produce a high end look perfect for advertising, website banner images and social media.

  • Lifestyle - Shot on location and usually including a human element to create more of a narrative that puts the product in a relatable light.

  • Models - Shot in studio or on location, posed with a professional model adding a human element to your product
